Hi, my name is Jenn. I’ve spent most of my career in the professional sector specifically in scholastic education, School-Based Medicaid programs and other similar areas. I’d been focused on the same area for decades and wanted to lift off and do my own thing. Through some local connections I met someone who decided to listen to my wants and needs. After some conversations, the firm that person owns decided to mentor and invest in me. I was floored and excited at the same time. WeSpeakFarm was born that day and we’re excited to bring fresh local fruit, veggies, organic produce and so many other items to the local Farmer’s Market in my neighborhood. Our intention is to repeat this model over and over in areas just like ours.

When we have product left over after Saturday market we’ll first be offering the product at a discount to local small business restaurants, diners, food establishments and then we’ll be donating the remainder of the produce to a local pet friendly rescue for the use in the pet feeding in order to take advantage of the tax benefits prior to the product expiring. We’re open to other initiatives as well like food banks and other.

THIS is about to stabilize the way that local farmer’s markets do produce.
